Incubate have announced that we, Ice Sea Dead People, will be playing their festival on 21st September. Which is true.
We’re really excited to be going back to the Netherlands and playing a festival lots of people were talking to us about whilst we were there, especially with a line up this good, amongst bands like A Place to Bury Strangers, Tim Hecker, Wolf Eyes, Black Pus, Shonen Knife, Man Forever, Built to Spill, etc.
More info about Incubate Festival and line-up available here:
P.S. Oh yeah, this means we’ll be touring Europe from 20th–28th of September!!!

Our new bloody album, ‘If It’s Broken, Break It More’, (due out on Monday April 22nd) got reviewed by NME and Kerrang this week.
We’ve also just uploaded the album to the Lost Toys Bandcamp where you can stream a new song from the album, ‘Accept the Mystery’. If you pre-order the album now you get 3 tracks from the album straight away and the rest on April 22nd.
NME dumped a big fat 8 on our noise:
We also got our first ever mention in Kerrang! magazine who gave us 3 Ks:
More to come, hopefully!
Also we’ll be posting something about our tour very soon, thanks to everyone who bought merch and to the promoters for being so great (especially the Europeans!)

Our second album, ‘If It’s Broken, Break It More’ is available to pre-order from our label, Lost Toys.
We’re so proud of this album, it’s the best thing we’ve ever done and we’re really grateful to all those who worked on it: Patrick Constable, Tim Cedar, Justin Saban and Stewie. The artwork features Mid Beds MP Nadine Dorries eating balls during her tenure. We used the brightest Pantone colours we could and slathered them with a super gloss finish. They look uh-mazing…
We also got some new T-shirts for our tour. The illustration is by Suzi Kemp extraordinaire who exudes “rad” in everything she does. It’s based on our original band biography which was: “Ice, Sea, Dead People = Like the Titanic meets the Sixth Sense”.
NEEDLESS TO SAY (but here I go) if you want to support us then help yourself and get a copy. The most direct way to buy the album is through Lost Toys, if you care about that stuff. We’re really proud of everything we do: music, album art, records, tees, music, posters, etc. all money we make goes into making more records, paying for petrol, van hire, studio time. It really helps us out.
Here’s a tracklist, we have some videos of us recording the album and maybe a track-by-track in the pipeline. Tour starts for real tomorrow! We played Bristol on Saturday and it was the most insane show we’ve played so far, more crowd-surfing and fistfights with bouncers please.
See you on the road!
We’re going to get bored so Tweet us or whatever!? Hashtag for the tour is #breakittour
P.S. Lapsus Linguae are BACK!!!

Hello friends, our new album ‘If It’s Broken Break It More’ is done done done and coming out on Lost Toys records on April 22nd. Below is the title track from the album, it’s quite “melodic”, apparently? We’re strangers to that word here at ISDP so we’re not sure if that’s a good thing but rest assured the album is plenty ugly as well.
We’ll have copies of the album on tour, these are the dates…
